**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate. If you have a passion for numbers and compliance with regulations, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Review contracts and addendums for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, TILA, and other relevant laws
- Assist in credit analysis and financial documentation review
- Maintain accurate records and update databases with transaction details
- Handle inquiries and provide support to all parties involved in the transaction process
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in math and financial calculations
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and mortgage servicing procedures
- Experience working in a bank or financial institution is a plus
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and TILA requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
